Fittings (Special Custom Orders)
Fittings are a required for all orders. There can be anywhere from one to four fittings per item; two is the usual amount. Dressmaking can take many more fittings. Come prepared with proper undergarments, shoes and any other accessories necessary for the altered garment, to ensure the perfect fit. Without the proper garments I cannot fit you properly for your gown Final Fitting: This is when we both determine that the fit is good, and all is well... at last! 

 

 

 

Production (Special Custom Orders)

Depending on the diffculty of your item it will take 2-3 weeks for production. Rush production will include extra fees. 

 

 

 

 

Pricing (Special Custom Orders)
Pricing for your items will be determined after your initial fitting (measuring).
 

 

 

Payments                                                                                                                                 

We accept PayPal and cash payments; PayPal is one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. All PayPal payments include a 4% fee. 

 

 

 

 

All Sales Are Final 
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the fit of your item contact us within 24hrs of pickup or delivery. The only service that will be offered  is alterations on the fit.

Returns (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our fault   If you need to return  it for the same item, send us an email at WAMUIRUCOUTURE@GMAIL.COM  and send your item to: P.O. Box 170914  MIAMI  FL  US  33017.

 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Our items are custom, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. All items are shipped priority mail which takes 2-3 business days from the purchase date. International orders may take longer.

 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 170914 Miami, Fl 33017

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
